Sejalan dengan niat awal dari penggagasan konsep ini adalah untuk lebih mempopulerkan gunung-gunung Indonesia, maka sudah pasti konsep ini juga mengandung sebuah tolak ukur prestasi yaitu berupa rekor-rekor yang bisa dipecahkan oleh para pendaki. Rekor-rekor tersebut juga disertai aturan-aturan pembuktiannya yang diperlukan untuk menjaga sportifitas dan fairness serta ke autentik-an klaim dari pendaki-pendaki.
Berikut rekor-rekor yang akan dibukukan:
- Rekor Tim pertama yang mencapai ke tujuh puncak tersebut.
- Rekor individu pertama yang mencapai ke tujuh puncak tersebut.
- Rekor secara gender yang pertama mencapai ke tujuh puncak tersebut.
- Rekor secara umur yang pertama mencapai ke tujuh puncak tersebut.
- Rekor secara waktu kecepatan mencapai ke tujuh puncak tersebut.
- Rekor pencapaian ke tujuh puncak dengan Trail Running.
- Rekor individu asing pertama yang mencapai ke tujuh puncak tersebut.
- Rekor pasangan/couple pertama yang mencapai ke tujuh puncak tersebut.
Tata cara persyaratan untuk klaim telah mendaki the seven summits of indonesia:
- Pendaki yang melakukan klaim telah sukses mendaki ke 7 puncak tersebut, harus bisa menunjukkan foto yang terlihat wajahnya di ketujuh puncak gunung tersebut, foto di lokasi puncak adalah bukti otentik yang harus ada.
- Pendaki yang klaim harus mengisi form data yang telah disediakan di web ini dengan lengkap dan bersedia dihubungi untuk konfirmasi selama proses verifikasi dan konfirmasi.
- Untuk klaim secara tim baru diakui jika jumlah dan anggota tim tidak berubah pada saat mencapai ke tujuh puncak tersebut atau dengan kata lain anggota tim harus sama.
REKOR.
Untuk rekor pendaki individu pertama yang telah sukses mendaki ke tujuh puncak ini telah dipecahkan oleh Dody Johanjaya pada Juni 2011.
Untuk rekor pendaki tertua pria pertama yang telah sukses mendaki ke tujuh puncak ini telah di pecahkan oleh Agam Napitupulu pada Juli 2013
Untuk rekor pendaki wanita pertama yang telah sukses mendaki ke tujuh puncak ini telah dipecahkan oleh Meiliana Eka Inayati pada Maret 2016
Untuk rekor pendaki termuda pria pertama yang telah sukses mendaki ke tujuh puncak ini telah dipecahkan oleh Patuan Handaka Pulungan pada Maret 2016, tapi kemudian rekor pendaki termuda ini kemudian berpindah pada pendaki cilik bernama Matthew Tandioputra yang berumur 12 tahun saat berhasil menyelesaikan pendakian 7 puncak ini
Untuk rekor pasangan pertama yang telah sukses mendaki ke tujuh puncak ini telah dipecahkan oleh Hendri Agustin dan Tejasari pada 18 April 2017.
Untuk rekor pendaki laki-laki tercepat yang berhasil menyelesaikan pendakian ke tujuh puncak ini telah bergeser dan saat ini dipegang oleh Tri Hardiyanto Pranata Putra, dengan waktu 3 bulan pada 13 Januari 2018
Untuk rekor pendaki Wanita tercepat yang berhasil menyelesaikan pendakian ke tujuh puncak ini telah bergeser dan saat ini dipegang oleh Mila Ayu Hariyanti, dengan waktu 3 bulan pada 13 Januari 2018
Rekor pemandu gunung pertama yang menyelesaikan pendakian ke tujuh puncak ini saat melakukan tugas pemanduan pendakian terhadap klien nya dipegang oleh Alvin Reggy Perdana pada tanggal 28 Oktober 2017.
Rekor pendaki wanita termuda dipegang oleh Putri Birru Shafa berumur 10 tahun, menyelesaikan ke 7 puncak pada tanggal. 15 November 2019.
Rekor pendaki ayah dan anak pertama dipegang oleh Aulia Ibnu (ayah) & Khansa Shahlaa pada tanggal 15 Juli 2017.
Rekor pendaki dengan transportasi sepeda pertama oleh Muhammad Maahir Abdulloh pada tanggal 10 Oktober 2020.
Sedangkan untuk rekor yang lainnya belum ada yang memecahkannya dan masih kosong. Silahkan klaim di halaman “Summits Your Claim” pada websites ini.
Record in “The Seven Summits of Indonesia” Concept
In line with the initial intention of this concept is to further popularize the mountains of Indonesia, then surely this concept also contains a measure of achievement in the form of records that can be achieve by the climbers. The records are also accompanied by the rules of evidence are required to maintain the sportsmanship and fairness as well as to the authenticity of the claim’s climbers.
Following the record-a record that will be recorded:
- The first team who summited those seven summits
- The first person/individual who summited those seven summits
- The first person in gender criteria who summited those seven summits
- The first person in age criteria who summited those seven summits
- The first person in speed timing who summited those seven summits
- The first person who summited those seven summits by Trail Running
- The First Foreigner who summited those seven summits.
- The first couple who summited those seven summits
The procedure requirements for claims have summited The Seven Summits of Indonesia.
- The climber who claims has been summited those seven summits must summits the photo showing the face of he/she at the summits, this is mandatory.
- The climber who claims must fill out the application form that already provide by this websites and willing to contact for confirmation during verification and confirmation process.
- Claims as a team will be valid if member of the team not change, all same persons to summit all those mountain. In the other words team member must be the same person.

For the first person who summit all those mountains has been achieved by Dody Johan Jaya on June 2011.
For the first older male person who summits all those mountains has been achieved by Agam Napitupulu on July 2013.
For the first female person who summits all those mountains has been achieved by Meiliana Eka Inayati on March 2016
For the first younger male person who summits all those mountains has been achieved by Patuan Handaka Pulungan on March 2016. But now the younger male climber hold by the very young boy name Matthew Tandioputra, who succeed to climb all those 7 summits at ages 12 years old.
For the first couple who summit all those mountains has been achieved by Hendri Agustin and Tejasari on 18 April 2017.

For the first mountain guide who summit all those mountains during guiding the client has been achieved by Alvin Reggy Perdana on 28 Oct 2017
For the youngest female record has been achieved by Putri Birru Shafa 19 years old, on the date 15 November 2019.
For the first Father and child record has been achieved by Aulia Ibnu (father) & Khansa Shahlaa (child) on the date 15 July 2017.
For the first climbing by using bicyle as main transportation has been achieved by Muhammad Maahir Abdulloh on the date 10 October 2020.
